Imagined Spaces is a creative studio where thinking intersects with writing practice and where the process is the aim and not just a step. It started as conversations between Kirsty Gunn and Gail Low, both writers and teachers, who were increasingly disillusioned with the way that writing is taught in Humanities subjects. Imagined Space celebrates essaying as trials, attempts and adventures in thinking in all their creative modes.
